Chefs Ron Suhanosky & Colleen Marnell-Suhanosky

Ron Suhanosky and Colleen Marnell-Suhanosky, graduates of The Culinary Institute of America, are the chef-owners of the acclaimed Sfoglia restaurants on Nantucket and in Manhattan, as well as the stores Tutto Sfoglia. Before opening the first Sfoglia in 1999, Ron worked in the kitchens of such celebrated restaurants as New York City's River Cafe and Il Buco, Colleen at Gramercy Tavern and Boston's Biba. They also traveled together to Italy, cooking at such restaurants as Cibreo in Florence and La Crota in Alba. The Suhanoskys live with their three children in New York City and on Nantucket.
